Please note that because all orders are considered custom, our standard policy is that all sales are
final. Every playhouse is fully assembled, inspected, and properly packaged before leaving our facility
to ensure customer satisfaction.
Kids Crooked House UK do not accept returns unless there is a serious defect in workmanship,
manufacturing, or substantial damage during delivery. Even then, these issues can almost always be
resolved by sending a replacement piece at our expense. Due to the custom, hand-built nature of
the product, we require that you allow us every reasonable opportunity to repair the product first.
Please also understand that due to the more fragile nature of the wooden building material, bumps
and bruises can occur. In the event that they do, we are happy to fix them.
If the damage is determined to be irreparable (and to have been caused prior to delivery), we will
promptly arrange for a refund or replacement. We also strongly encourage our customers to
inspect their package upon delivery before the driver departs. Any noticeable damage must be
documented by the driver and the delivery refused in order to receive any sort of refund.
